PRIVACY STATEMENT We have
the following privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to privacy. We are here disclosing our practices
regarding information gathering and practices for this website. With
the "Order" form we collect contact information (like your email
address) and financial information (credit card numbers). This
information is only used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial
information that is collected is used to bill the user for products
and services. Medical information is used by our medical staff to
approve or decline orders for specific medications.
SHIPPING POLICIES Once
your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for
fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it
will be filled and shipped within two business days. We will notify
you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear
from us, you may assume that your order processed. We do not process
prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 10:00 am
Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be
reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday. All
orders are shipped by Federal Express delivery. Federal Express $18
(U.S. orders only).
NO P.O. BOXES Please
remember that FedEx will require an adult signature at delivery. We
must ship your order to a place of business or a residence where
there is someone available to sign for the package during regular
business hours.
CONTACT US Our site uses
the "Contact Us" form for customers to request information about
problems with an order or to ask a question or make comments, or
request information about products, and services. This information
is only used to help our customers.
QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER and
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by filling out our
Contact Us form. During after hours you may leave a voice mail
message. If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, we
will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the
physician has approved it.
No refunds or exchanges of prescription medications due to Federal
Law.
HOW IT WORKS
THE ORDER PROCESS:
Browse and select your medication.
Fill out the order form and Medical Questionnaire.
Your order request information will be sent to a U.S. Licensed
Physician, who will review your information.
Upon approval, a doctor will issue a prescription for an
FDA-approved medication.
Your prescription will be filled and shipped between 1 to 3 business
days, depending on the shipping options you choose on the order
form.
NOTE:
For certain medications, we may need to contact your Primary Care
Physician (PCP). Fill out this box on the order form in case we need
your PCP’s approval for a prescription you are ordering.
In the case that we contact your PCP, we will ask your doctor to
write you a script for the medication you are ordering. This is
similar to your storefront pharmacist calling your doctor to confirm
a prescription he or she has written.
If you choose not to supply for PCP’s contact information or your
doctor will not write you a script, you can request a visit from a
U.S. Licensed Physician via Traveling M.D., our nationwide network
of visiting doctors.
Upon approval, your doctor will issue you a prescription for and
FDA-approved medication.
Your doctor will forward this script to a U.S. Licensed Pharmacy and
your prescription will be filled and shipped between 1 to 3 business
days, depending on the shipping options you choose on the order
form.
There is a one-time visitation fee of $225 to receive a house call
from your doctor. The prescription your doctor writes for you based
on this one visit will allow you to order multiple refills valid for
up to one year.
SHIPPING:
We offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping.
When placed by 2 PM EST, orders that are approved by your doctor or
from our Traveling M.D. network and forwarded to the pharmacy will
be shipped the next day and will normally arrive the following day.
Please remember that FedEx will require an adult signature upon
delivery. We must ship your order to a place of business or a
residence where someone is available to sign for the package during
regular business hours.
We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If
you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order has been
processed.
